MJB Technology Solutions’ President and CEO, Marc J Berthiaume has 25 years of business and technology experience in the financial services, manufacturing, hi-tech and construction industries. Marc’s education, business acumen and technology expertise combine to ensure that clients make sound technology decisions that support their businesses.

Marc graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. He passed the Institute for the Certification of Computer Professionals (ICCP) Computer Consultant exam. Marc received his ITIL Certification for Service Management including modules in Configuration and Change Management, Incident and Problem Management, Service Desk, Service Level, Capacity, Security and Customer Management, Cost Management, Application Management and Availability Management. Marc also passed ISO 9000 Lead Assessor (Auditor) and Implementation Training in a RBA sanctioned Program. Marc has also obtained Quickbooks ProAdvisor and Enterprise Advisor credentials.

Marc’s experience includes leading technical staff that supported a $2 billion dollar financial services network of organizations and directing a world-class application service provider’s 24x7 data and network operations center.
